   In WEB2ERA we spend a lot of time seeking for talented professionals web staff, after a lot of time of searching for professional (which is really a hard job) we came up to a conclusion & actually a methodology we named it company of all the companies, This methodology is based on not hiring staff from other companies and getting into a lot of competitions with all the offered services in all the professioanl companies, Instead we're hiring a lot of free lancers, but we're hiring only Those who meet our Minimum standards (which is really hard to achieve).

 

  In our choices we believe that nobody is born either Expert or Professional.

But we believe that there are hundreds who are born Talented, Smart, & Creative, Now a days creativity is vanishing with the Super Duper Software & Tools that Web-Amateurs rely on to avoid Creation or even Brain Job (Thinking), we believe that "Ready Made Is Great" but that only true if you can avoid duplication, And such Web-Amateurs are exactly what we're Avoiding.
